Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number (format AT-TRK-YYYY-XXXXXX) by email and in your account once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery

Domestic: 5–9 business days after dispatch.

International: 10–18 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates; transit times can vary with carrier and customs processing.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on orders over $199. A flat $12 shipping fee applies to all other orders. Orders ship tracked and insured via FedEx and UPS.

Tracking

Logged-in customers can view tracking and per-item batch numbers under My Account. Guest customers receive tracking details in their order confirmation email.
