Orders are dispatched on business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
We deliver across the United States, and internationally to the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Buyers outside the United States are responsible for confirming that the material they order may lawfully be imported and held in their own jurisdiction.

Products are dispatched sealed in research-grade, cold-chain-ready packaging designed to protect integrity in transit. On receipt, proper storage of the products — including any required refrigeration or freezing — is the customer's responsibility.
US domestic orders travel by tracked domestic courier. UAE orders travel by tracked international courier and clear customs on arrival, so transit is longer. Remote areas may take an extra day. Your tracking link carries the courier's current estimate for your address.
Insulated packaging and coolants are specified for the transit window, not for a parcel waiting at an unattended address. For UAE deliveries, particularly between May and September, please nominate an attended address with defined receiving hours and move the material into storage on arrival. If you're not available, the courier will attempt delivery again the next day and contact you to arrange a convenient time. To preserve product integrity, please ensure timely receipt of temperature-sensitive shipments.
