No Returns or Refunds
Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. The integrity, sterility, and chain-of-custody of a research compound cannot be guaranteed once it has left our facility, so all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review each case individually and make it right where a fulfillment error or transit damage is confirmed.
